THE WEAVE PATTERNS

Based on latest manufacturing machines

Plain Weave

The simplest and most common weave pattern, where each weft thread alternately passes over and under each warp thread, creating a strong and durable fabric.

Satin Weave

Features long floats of warp or weft threads, resulting in a smooth and lustrous surface. Satin weaves are often used in evening wear and luxury bedding.

Basket Weave

A variation of the plain weave where groups of warp and weft threads are interlaced, creating a checkerboard pattern. This weave adds texture and visual interest to the fabric.

Twill Weave

Characterized by diagonal lines on the fabric surface, created by offsetting the interlacing pattern. Twill weaves are durable and drape well, commonly used in denim and suiting fabrics.

Mock Leno Weave

Simulates the appearance of a leno weave without using a leno mechanism, creating an open, mesh-like structure. Often used in lightweight and breathable fabrics.

Huckaback Weave

A type of dobby weave characterized by small, geometric patterns and a pebbled texture, enhancing absorbency. Commonly used in towels and dishcloths.

Piqué Weave

Features raised patterns or cords, often in geometric designs, created using a dobby loom. Piqué fabrics are commonly used in polo shirts and sportswear.

Rib Weave

A variation of the plain weave with thicker yarns in either the warp or weft direction, creating prominent ribs across the fabric surface. Commonly used in corduroy and grosgrain fabrics.

Sateen Weave

A variation of the satin weave, typically made with cotton fibers, producing a soft and lustrous fabric suitable for sheets and apparel.

Broken Twill (Herringbone) Weave

A twill weave where the direction of the diagonal is reversed at regular intervals, forming a zigzag pattern known as herringbone. Often used in suiting and outerwear.

Honeycomb Weave

Creates a textured fabric with a cellular appearance resembling a honeycomb. This weave adds dimensionality and is often used in towels and upholstery.

Waffle Weave

Features a three-dimensional pattern resembling a waffle, achieved by floats and recessed areas. Commonly used in towels and robes for its absorbency and texture.

Dobby Weave

Utilizes a dobby loom to create small, geometric patterns and textures in the fabric. Dobby weaves add decorative elements and are used in shirting and home textiles.

Crepe Weave

Achieved by using random floats and a high twist in the yarns, resulting in a crinkled or pebbled texture. Crepe fabrics are popular in dresses and blouses.

Every Pattern / Design of our fabric expresses your inner strength and serenity !

from our Production House

At Manga Textiles, our top-tier management team plays a pivotal role in guiding product selection and design tailored specifically for efficient weaving on advanced looms, such as our Water Jet Loom 2020-2025 with dobby control. Every decision is rooted in understanding our customers' fabric needs—from texture and strength to drape and finish.

We believe that success begins with insight. That’s why we take the time to deeply understand our clients' expectations. Before launching production, every proposed fabric type undergoes detailed technical evaluation—considering aesthetics, performance, and cost-effectiveness.

Our production planning process is methodical and demand-driven. We pre-define the production volume, workflow order, and machine configurations to ensure timely and accurate execution. Our expert team determines the most efficient weaving procedures for each fabric, selecting suitable weft and warp patterns, determining shaft usage on the dobby, and choosing optimal reed and pick densities.

Key decisions—such as loom settings, technological enhancements, investment scope, and process timelines—are made strategically to ensure a smooth, interruption-free workflow. We also address inventory requirements and control overhead costs upfront by pre-planning material, labor, and equipment needs.

To maintain production efficiency, our maintenance team performs regular inspections, repairs, and timely replacement of wear-prone loom components—ensuring minimal downtime and maximum performance from our machinery.

Our facility is designed for precision weaving and high throughput. With optimized loom operations, we consistently deliver superior quality fabrics at a competitive cost per unit. Whether it's plain weave shirting, twill bottomwear, or complex dobby patterns, we focus on delivering exactly what our customers need—without compromise.

Quality assurance is integrated at every stage. Our inspection system enforces strict quality standards, ensuring each meter of fabric is free from defects and meets the expected performance benchmarks.

At Manga Textiles, we don't just weave fabric—we weave trust, value, and consistency into every roll we produce.
